Dhamaal 3 — Terms & Conditions

01 General Terms

Dhamaal 3 is an online betting and gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Dhamaal 3 and its users.

It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions. Dhamaal 3 reserves the right to modify them at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Compliance with Dhamaal 3's Terms & Conditions is mandatory for all members. Dhamaal 3 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be in violation.

02 Account Registration

To register on dhamaal 3, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

• Full name, date of birth, and mobile number must be provided accurately at the time of registration
• Mobile number verification via OTP is mandatory for all accounts.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure and confidential
• Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be used for any commercial purpose.

03 Age Verification & Adult Eligibility

Under Dhamaal 3's Terms & Conditions, you must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for age verification at registration and before your first withdrawal.

Any account found to have been opened by someone under 18 will be closed immediately upon verification. Refunds of deposited funds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on dhamaal 3 are subject to specific rules and procedures. Our payment system is fully secure and encrypted.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit amount: ৳50,000
• Deposits must be made from the mobile number registered to your account
• Payments sent through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the registered mobile number on the account.
• Processing time for regular members: up to 24 hours
• Processing within 2–4 hours for VIP members
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds

05 Betting Rules

The following Terms & Conditions must be observed when placing bets on Dhamaal 3. These rules apply to all bet types.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• Bets placed before a match begins cannot be cancelled once the match starts as scheduled
• Dhamaal 3 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error in the odds is identified.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and are displayed on the platform.
• Scores and results sourced from international data feeds are considered final.

Casino Game Rules

For casino games, each game's individual rules apply. Results in RNG-based games are fully random and certified. In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, that round will be considered void.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on dhamaal 3 are governed by these Terms & Conditions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been fully completed
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after this period

Reload & Special Offers

• Reload bonuses are available to eligible members only
• Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
• Dhamaal 3 reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus abuse and cancel any bonuses accordingly.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhamaal 3 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts or using another member's account
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Exploiting odds vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Using any content or information from the platform without authorization
• Harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members or staff
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Dhamaal 3 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found
• False information detected during KYC verification
• Suspicious financial transactions detected on the account
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

To close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. We recommend withdrawing all available balance before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

Dhamaal 3 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or transactions failed due to internet disconnection
• Technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers
• Unauthorized third-party access to the account (where the user has failed to keep their password secure)
• Losses resulting from unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime

Dhamaal 3 always uses advanced technology to ensure platform stability. In the event of an unexpected service disruption, we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10 Changes & Updates

Dhamaal 3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
